This little bit of fan art was actually commissioned by someone who took notice of my Harry DuBois sculpture. Disco Elysium fans are truly some of the best! The model itself is a game-ready asset for VR Chat and other Unity games.
I created a fairly simple human base mesh, and used the SpeedRetopo Blender add-on to sculpt around the body to really capture the strange organic nature of the armor. I then rigged with a fairly simple Human IK skeleton and basic weights. My first Blender-based character project!
