Fishing to a Scheme

A slightly sort of bizarre piece, as my decisions in how to draw it hopped between science fiction fish market to modern-day Chinese fishmarket to historical Chinese fishmarket then back again to the modern day (mainly after realizing that fishmongers didn't generally wear logo'd aprons in the 1800's). The name’s a pun on a favorite album of mine.

What'd I use?:
Drew it on paper with a Papermate Flair M. Painted in Photoshop. Also, some corrections to the linework were made in Photoshop too. Linework finished March 3rd 2017, final painting done between March 15-20th 2017
